24.32. VC Custom Pricing

VC Custom Pricing Overview

This section lets you set a specific price for an item or service for an individual volume client. Any price entered here will override all other pricing configured in Settings, including:

Volume Client prices set in Settings > Services & Products
Prices assigned through Packages

To apply a custom price, click the dollar sign next to a service or item and enter the new amount. This custom price will automatically be used when scheduling future appointments for that client.

24.31. Grantors

In Clinic HQ, you must always indicate the source of a donation—either an individual or an organization.

24.33. Tax Info

Tax info is where you configure taxes for any taxable items sold by your clinic.
