24.36. OneLink E-Appointments (Multi-Clinic Only)
This tool is for clinics that have more than one clinic profile. It provides "one link" for all clinics to offer their appointments under.
Here is how to set up One Link:
- Go to Settings > OneLink E-Appointments.
- Click the +Add New Region button.
- Add a name for the region, such as Southwest Clinics. For smaller multi-clinic setups, you can simply enter your organization's name.
- Under Appointment Types, click Add New Type.
- The Title is what client's will see when they click on that appointment type, such as Spay/Neuter.
- The Description is client-facing and will be located right under the appointment title.
- In the Link appointment types from each clinic section, select the corresponding appointment type for each clinic.
- Click Save.
You can then continue setting up each appointment type you want available under this link, such as Dentals, Wellness Exams, etc. Select the master URL located under this region and add it to your site.
You only have to set up the group in one of the clinic profiles. Once a grouped appointment type is created, it will appear across all clinic profiles.
What are Regions?
For larger clinics who have more than a couple of profiles, you can create multiple regions. For example if you had two clinics in the southeast and three clinics in the southwest, these profiles could be grouped into regions so each region has one master link with the grouped clinic profiles' e-appointments.
