24.24. Email Attachments
Email attachments include any attachments that you might want to send with your confirmations or reminder emails. A document/PDF such as “What to expect after your pet’s surgery” or a flyer for an upcoming event.
!IMPORTANT Note: It’s not very helpful to include an admin form here. This is best handled via the Templates section.

Once you have uploaded the email attachment, edit the confirmation or reminder email and tick the box next to the document title to include it in that email.

24.23. Medical Records Request
Here is where you will find the link for your clinic's medical record request form. You can put this link on your website for your clients to request medical records. This link does not expire. The records can be emailed or texted to them.
