Monthly service counts by category, and item prep for upcoming clinic days.
Service Metrics
The Service Metrics report gives a monthly summary of all surgeries, vaccines, services, products, and item sales. Each category used by your clinic is listed with a count of how many were done, sold, or given each month.
Use the filters at the top of the page to choose a year, quarter, and clinic location.

Important: Packages as a whole are not reported on. Only the individual services and products that make up a package are counted.
Item Prep
The Item Prep Report helps with preparing for the next surgery day, upcoming vaccine clinics, and ordering clinic supplies.
Navigate to Reports > Item Prep.
- By default, the report shows tomorrow's pending appointments.
- Use the filters at the top to adjust the time period, appointment status, appointment type, species, and sex. Filtering for cats, for example, will only show items available for cats.
- Use it to get vaccines drawn up or confirm you have enough stock.
- Run a larger future date range to forecast supply orders. For example: if today is July 15th and you're placing a supply order, you can see how many of each item will be needed for the rest of the month.
