21.9. Executive Director Metrics

Executive Director Metrics = the things that executive directors like to know!

• This report provides many details and has two tabs: one regarding the clinic and one regarding the vets.
• The executive director metrics has two tabs: Clinic Breakdown and Vet Stats.
• At the top of the page, you can easily filter for year, quarter, and location. On the vet page, you can also filter for a specific vet.

Clinic Breakdown

The clinic breakdown shows many details about the clinic's surgeries and location. This is shown by month.

Vet Stats

• The vet stats are broken down into three different sections. You can look at all of the vet stats or look at the statistics for each individual vet.
• The first section is for surgeries and it shows the total numbers for spays, neuters, cats, dogs, and is broken down even further to adult/juvenile/no data.
• The second section shows all of the reasons animals didn't receive surgery.
• The third section shows the number of deceased animals and the reasons for their death. It will also shows whether that death occurred during, before, or after surgery.
