Clinic HQ offers one traditional subscription, often referred to as the “Paperless” Plan.

  • Cost: $199/month
  • Includes: Unlimited users, unlimited data, and access to all new features as they are released

Important Notes

  • On January 1, 2026, the subscription rate will increase to $299/month (annual plans will be $3,588).
  • The Basic Plan was phased out in 2021.

Subscription Changes & Review

  1. Click your clinic’s name in the top-left corner of HQ.
  2. Select Organization & Billing.
  • View previous invoices and payments (left-hand menu)

Change Billing Contact

  1. Click your clinic’s name in the top-left corner of HQ.
  2. Select Organization & Billing.
  3. Click Edit button on the Billing Information section and update the person's info here.
