21.5. Service Metrics

The service metrics report gives a summary of the surgeries, vaccines, services, products, and item sales.

Each category/type of these that your clinic uses will be listed, and it will show how many were done/sold/given each month. To access the service report you need, you can use the filters at the top of the page to choose a year, quarter, and clinic location.

The first category the report shows is surgeries - this is where your spay/neuters will go. After surgeries come vaccines:

After vaccines, it will show all of your services:

Next is the Products:

And finally, it shows your item sales:

Important: Packages as a whole are not reported on. You can only obtain information about the services/products that make up the package as individual items.
