21.19. Priority Appointment Metrics

Priority Appointments are allocated to public clients who request appointments online through the E-appointment system.

The reporting for Priority Appointments provides insight into how many of these types of appointments have been completed(checked out) for the date range you selected.

Monitoring Priority Appointments

• Once you have configured your priority setups and custom fields, your clinic’s booking system will automatically match clients with available appointments based on the criteria you’ve defined.
• You’ll be able to track how many priority appointments have been booked for each setup from the tiles on the spay/neuter calendar.
• A Priority Appointment report is available to see the total number of appointments that have been checked out.
• By using these priority scheduling tools, you can ensure that your clinic is serving the most vulnerable populations while maintaining efficiency and control over your appointment slots.
• The counts and percentages reflect appointments that have been checked out during the selected date range.
