21.16. Recheck Report

This report is similar to the recheck report in the master report but provides more detailed information.

Classifying an appointment as a recheck - Rechecks in Clinic HQ are only for animals that received a spay/neuter surgery. Scheduling a Recheck appointment from the Spay/Neuter calendar provides options for reporting on the reason for the recheck.

This report helps clinics discover route causes for rechecks and make protocol and policy changes to prevent post-surgical complications. At the top of this page, you can filter for a time period/date. With the drop-down menus, you can organize it how you wish.

• Last re-check date
• Previous appointment date
• Client first & last name
• Client address
• Client home & cell number
• Client email
• Client type
• Animal ID
• Animal name
• Species
• Sex
• Breed
• Age (years and months)
• Weight
• Animal Type (e.g. owned)
• Reason for recheck
• Original vet name (first and last)
• Recheck vet name (first and last)
• Recheck notes
